How are we choosing what applications we add to our distribution?

  1. Usability - The application should be easy to use. (simplicty over complexity)
  2. Stability - The application should not break.
  3. Popularity - We add applications that are popular.

If there is a suggestion for replacing a piece of software, please create a features comparison page.

We tend to present one application of its kind in "fl:1" and additional applications in "fl:1-contrib". This may change in future.
