you can stop/play via desktop wide keys you configured. To test set something like F12 for Play/pause ingnome-keybinding-properties

  • Compilations?

I think a Foresight Multimedia application SHOULD or MUST support the GNOME keys for convencience. This allows the user to play/pause with the same key on every application (actually this is a very cool idea). Maybe best is if you have a multimedia keyboard and can use these keys. – Thilo
