There are essentially three pieces you need to run a KDE 3 based application on Foresight Gnome Edition version 2. The list of packages is probably smaller, but this is the easiest way to document them.
- group-kde-core – Kdelibs and its dependencies
- group-kdebase – Kdebase and its dependencies
- your application (amarok for example)
Run "conary update group-kde-core group-kdebase amarok"
That's it. You should now be able to run amarok or any other kde based application. If you have problems file a bug, or jump in #foresight on freenode.
