At the moment you can only search with names:

PackageKit

Go to Applications->Add/Remove Software, and search there.

Commandline
  1. Using conary: 'conary rq <package-name>'. <package-name> has to be an exact match.
  2. PackageKit has commandline interface: 'pkcon search name <package-name>'.
    $ pkcon search name gedit

  3. Here is a simple script, which is essentially the same as the following Firefox addon, but more convenient for scripting.

  1. Go to http://www.rpath.org/rbuilder/repos/foresight/browse, you can browse the package alphabetically.
  2. Also at the above page, there is a search box on the right upper corner. But note that, the search results contains packages from all 'products' on rpath.org. There is NO guarantee for you if you installs from other products than 'Foresight Linux'.
  3. There is a Firefox search engine doing exactly the same thing as above. You can install it by conary:
    sudo conary update firefox-package-search
