I live in Mexico, using linux since 2000 and participates in various national conferences on FOSS (Consol, FSL, CICOL). Developer and maintainer of opentumblr (http://www.opentumblr.com) programmed in python.
In past years participating in the debconf6 (http://debconf6.debconf.org) as a team member of wireless connectivity. Co-founder of GRUSLIC (http://www.gruslic.org.mx) besides being the founder and organizer of CICOL (Cycle Free Software Conference) from 2003 to 2006 (http://www.cicol.org.mx)
