      • Groups are sane and no known migration/update blockers
      • Current fl:2 users will then be automatically migrated with next update
    • when 2.5.1 can be released?
      • As soon as new fl:2.5 label is deployed/mirrored, we can release
  • GNOME-3.0 update plan
    • what's the target release?
      • Possibly a 2.6 release as long as it won't derail us from getting Foresight 3.0 out.
      • Foresight 3.0 is our main focus and anything that may have a big impact on this front will have to take the back seat
    • when to start? ETA?
  • road to fl:3
    • prerequisits
      • Decoupling from rPL2
      • Getting own, up to date anaconda and PackageKit
      • Maintainable/sustainable
        • Base OS
        • Tools to maintain it
    • timeline
      • Goals in ascending level of priority are:
  1. Get newer FL:2.5 label done (with all that is implied)
  2. Release Foresight 2.5.1 (provides update path for all FL:2 users to move to FL:2.5).
  3. PackageKit back on Foresight 2.6?
  4. Release Foresight 3.0
  5. Get GNOME 3.0 into the next release (3.2?)
    • fl2 feature freeze (how/when)
  • Electing newer Council
    • Steps:
  1. Resolve legal details about Software Conservancy presence with Ken
  2. Write up a proposal for a new concil, detailing number of members, how long is the term, objectives, who can vote, etc in 1 week
  3. Email all current Foresight members, asking about the level of participation and interest in remaining members (need to determine length of membership, renewal process) on voting for new council
