- Steps:
- Resolve legal details about Software Conservancy presence with Ken
- Write up a proposal for a new concil, detailing number of members, how long is the term, objectives, who can vote, etc in 1 week
- Email all current Foresight members, asking about the level of participation and interest in remaining members (need to determine length of membership, renewal process) on voting for new council
